Spot of Tea
Story about Jeannie Marie and doing business since 1979 with a small take out of Caribbean Cuisine on Long Island 
New York. On to the 2nd restaurant named Negril Palm, closed that door and opened Coconut Cafe. Year 2000 Coconut Cafe became one of the Top Ten restaurant. After that review came out in a couple of news paper. I have no space for customers. So with great help from the fire department of Rockville Center, they invited me to a town which had no minority doing business in that neighborhood. Then came 911, and business was not good. I sold my restaurant and went into catering as a full time job. Spot of Tea was born. I became a Hospitality Host after moving to the sunshine 
state of Florida. Hosting many Tea Parties at my Church and different communities of over a 100 people.
So I have decided to rent a store front for spot of Tea in my neighborhood. Well that idea when our of my head so fast when I found out I would have to pay $6,500 per month for a store front. I needed a difference way to market my business. My boyfriend took me to Europe last year, and that is when I saw the Tea Bus. After we got back from Europe, Google Tea bus in Florida and there wasn’t any, there was one in New York and Philadelphia, and SPOT OF TEA ON WHEELS was born.
